Working Procedures
Most projects are handled entirely in-house by one or more of TriVectus's three principal partners. For large projects on short deadlines, portions may be outsourced to carefully selected partner companies who provide the same level of quality and service that TriVectus itself provides; however, such outsourcing is very rarely necessary. In all cases, a single TriVectus principal is selected as the project lead and primary client contact so as to encourage a close working relationship between the parties. All project billing is done solely through TriVectus.
