Cannot Use Launch Key 3's Serial Number with Version 4

My Launch Key 3.0 serial number does not work with version 4.0.
Discussion
Launch Key 4.0 is a major upgrade from version 3.0, and has a new serial number.
Solution
There is a $10 upgrade to go to version 4.0. When you upgrade you will be issued a new serial number. For more information, go to the Registration section of this site.
