Launch Key did not post a reminder.

Discussion

Launch Key must be running in order to be able to activate a set. A normal reminder would activate after a specified time if the application, or Mac, that hosted it was not running at that time. Launch Key activates at a specific time as long as it is running, and it is not just intended as a primary means of posting reminders but also as a method to activate applications, Applescripts, and so forth at a specified time. If Launch Key, or the Mac, is not running, Launch Key will assume that you did not wish the activation to occur.

Solution

Make sure Launch Key is running at the specified time. Always activating, in the sense of a true reminder, is a feature planned for a future release of Launch Key.
