I can't see any of Launch Key's buttons or controls when running under Mac OS 8.1.

Discussion

Due to a difference between the implementations of the Appearance Manager in Mac OS 8.1 and 8.5, some items in Launch Key will not be displayed. They are being unintentionally covered by Appearance controls, although they still work. In later implementations of the Appearance Manager, this is not an issue.

Solution

Launch Key 4.0.1 fixes this problem so that all controls are visible in Mac OS 8.1. The latest version of Launch Key can be found here.
