The serial number will not work.

Discussion

Launch Key requires that the serial number is entered exactly as it appears in the "Thanks for your payment" e-mail.

Solution

Make sure you're using the same case as it appears. We recommend that you copy and paste the serial number into the registration dialog. Be careful, however, that there are no leading or trailing spaces, which some e-mail apps inserts as a "convenience" feature.
