Manifestation

When you attempt to run ER, you receive an "unrecoverable error" message immediately upon launching. If running version 4.5, the TriVectus Error file referenced in the message contains the following line:

DatabaseEngine.p:GetUserList:393 -- (1) in SuperLock 4.5 Pro ER (05/23/10, 00:57:53 AM)

You are running version 4.0.2 or 4.5.0.

Discussion

This is a known bug in SuperLock Pro versions 4.0.2 and 4.5.0. Due to the nature of the bug, it won't necessarily display itself on each and every run; some users will encounter it every time, while others will never encounter it. If it does not occur, it has no impact on the proper execution of ER.

Solution

This bug was corrected in version 4.5.1; therefore, the recommended course of action is to upgrade to version 4.5.1 or later.
