Manifestation

You have registered SuperLock Pro with your serial number, but Client and Admin sometimes report that they're still unregistered, and you occasionally get Notification Manager messages asking you to register. You are running version 4.5.0.

Discussion

This is a known bug in SuperLock Pro version 4.5.0. Along with the various components claiming that you've not registered, you may also lose functionality that is only in the registered version, such as the ability to change the super-admin's name and password.

Solution

This bug has been corrected in SuperLock Pro version 4.5.1; therefore, the recommended solution is to upgrade to version 4.5.1 or later.
