Manifestation

In the Finder Item Protection window, the names of folders in a user's item list appear blank after switching to a different user, then switching back. For example, if Add Folder is used to add a folder to User A, then User B is selected from the pop-up menu, then User A again, the folder's name will be missing in the list, although you can click on the location where it should appear.

Discussion

This is a known bug. It occurs when a folder has been added via the Add Folder button, and when the folder is not an alias to another folder. This bug is cosmetic only; internally, SuperLock Pro is properly tracking the item, so there is no data loss involved.

Solution

This bug affects versions 4.5.0 and 4.5.1, and will be corrected in the next version. In the interim, it is recommend that you use drag and drop to add folders, since folders added via drag and drop are not susceptible to this bug.
