Technical Information

The first version of SuperLock was written in Microsoft QUICKBasic, a less-than-ideal environment. The next few releases were done in the wonderful THINK Pascal IDE, which we would still be using today if only Symantec had kept it up-to-date with PowerPC capability and now Mac OS 8.6+ compatibility. SuperLock 4 is written in Object Pascal using Metrowerks CodeWarrior. About 3% of the code is done in Assembler or C, which CodeWarrior allows us to mix into our Pascal project effortlessly.
